Mark White - Chartered Legal Executive

Mark White is a chartered legal executive in our Medical Negligence team. After leaving his previous firm he decided to join Ashtons in order to expand his experience through working on a wider variety of medical negligence cases.

Mark graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2013 with a LLB Law Degree. In March 2018, he then qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and has now started studying the combined LPC/LLM (Masters) course at BPP in Cambridge.

Mark initially started working as a paralegal in the Clinical Negligence team at a Suffolk firm, whilst completing the CILEx Fast-Track Diploma.

He has worked on a number of medium to high value cases including Fatal Accident claims relating to suicide of patients under the care of the local mental health trusts, delayed diagnosis of cancers, and even catastrophic birth injury claims including one which recently settled for over £5 million.

Priding himself on attention to detail, he ensures that no stone is left unturned in order to obtain justice for clients injured as a result of medical accidents.

Mark is an Ipswich Town F.C. supporter and plays five-a-side football whenever he can. He also loves a DIY project but struggles to finish one before moving onto another!
