Mark White - Chartered Legal Executive
Mark White is a chartered legal executive in our medical negligence team. Mark joined Ashtons Legal in 2019 in order to expand his experience through working on a wider variety of medical negligence cases.
Mark graduated from University in 2013 with a LLB Law Degree and began working as a clinical negligence paralegal at a Suffolk based firm. He subsequently qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in March 2018 having studied the CILEX Fast-track diploma. Mark has recently completed the combined LPC/LLM (Masters) course at BPP in Cambridge and hopes to re-qualify as a solicitor in early 2021.
He has worked on a number of medium to high value cases including fatal accident claims relating to suicide of patients under the care of local mental health trusts, delayed diagnosis of cancers, and catastrophic birth injury claims including one case that settled for over £5 million and received national press attention.
Priding himself on attention to detail, he ensures that no stone is left unturned in order to obtain justice for clients injured as a result of medical accidents.
Mark is a lifelong supporter of Ipswich Town F.C. and was a keen Sunday league player before hanging up his boots due to injury. He also loves travelling and exploring new destinations.
