Kelly Elkin - Paralegal

Kelly is a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team.

She assists with Part 7 motor claims, which have significant dispute of fact or evidence and could go to Trial to resolve.

Kelly has worked in Law since 2013, assisting in Employment, Criminal, Residential Property and Family matters. She worked at Ashtons Legal from April 2017 to September 2020 as a Legal Assistant in our Lifetime Planning team. Kelly took a career break to have children and returned to Ashtons in February 2025 in our Personal Injury Admin team. She is now a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team.

Kelly likes being able to assist clients with empathy and understanding, being detail-oriented and providing the best service in a difficult time.

Kelly uses her love of organisation and understanding nature to ensure a smooth client experience.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her two children and dog, cooking and reading.
