Kathryn Pratt - Junior HR Consultant
Kathryn joined Ashtons HR Consulting in September 2017 as an HR Administrator following several years of experience in office-based roles.
Kathryn’s day to day activities includes assisting clients with HR queries, issuing relevant paperwork for 360 onboarding processes, updating and maintaining Office of Human Resources Management and performing contract and handbook reviews.
Within her time at this position, she gained valuable HR experience through mentoring and shadowing for her role and has sound knowledge of HR procedures and employment law.
Kathryn has recently completed her CIPD Certificate Level 3 in Human Resource Practice and is excited to continue her career in HR.
