James Lemondine-Martin - Paralegal

James is a Paralegal in our Corporate Recovery & Insolvency team.

James graduated from the University of York in 2022, before studying at the University of Law, completing his Masters in Business and Law in 2025.

James has a passion for meeting people and helping them navigate their unique matters, with an emphasis on making the law as accessible and easy to understand as possible. He focuses on delivering the best possible outcome for each client, tailored to their specific needs.

James is a natural problem solver, so being able to do varied work that is not only intellectually challenging but also helps clients resolve their matters each day is really rewarding.

Outside of work, James enjoys walking his labradoodle Cello in the countryside with the odd pub stop at the end. He also spends time tinkering with his 1979 Series 3 Land Rover and cooking Asian dishes. James is a keen volunteer, having previously volunteered at Suffolk Law Centre and fundraised many times for St Elizabeth Hospice.
