Hannah Arnold - Solicitor
Hannah joined Ashtons Legal in 2018 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017 with a reputable regional firm.
She has worked within commercial property as a trainee and solicitor for the last 3 years and during this time has dealt with a range of commercial property matters.
Hannah is able to work closely with a variety of clients including individuals, sole traders, companies, charities, SIPPs and lenders.
She acts in respect of:
- leasehold and freehold disposals
- commercial leases for tenant and landlord
- secured lending transactions.
Hannah achieved her LLB from UEA in 2011, her LLM in international commercial & business law from UEA in 2012 and completed her LPC in 2017. She was then admitted as a solicitor in October 2017.
Hannah prides herself on providing clear, pragmatic and comprehensive advice tailored to her clients particular needs.
