Craig Fiddaman - Partner
Craig is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team.
He previously worked at another local commercial firm where he was the lead contact for the firm’s work of this nature.
He is experienced in advising on and managing corporate transactions such as acquisitions, sales and restructurings, including management buyouts and purchases from companies in administration.
Craig acts for a variety of clients including individuals and small and large companies, both locally and nationally, and drafts and advises on a wide range of general commercial, corporate and company law matters, including:
- shareholder agreements
- articles of association
- service level agreements
- loan agreements
- distribution, agency, and confidentiality agreements
- terms and conditions
- personal and company guarantees.
Craig is a keen runner and is a member (and current Men’s Vice Captain) of his local running club, Ipswich JAFFA.
