Charles is a key member of the Commercial Property team. He has over 30 years' experience in all aspects of commercial property work, with particular emphasis on site acquisitions and assembly (including the multi-million pound redevelopment of Cambridge railway station), development work throughout East Anglia and commercial and private secured lending and borrowing. His clients include property developers, housing associations and other property-owning institutions, banks and building societies.
