Caroline Trinder - Client Liaison Manager

Caroline is a registered nurse with significant experience in serious injury rehabilitation.

She is able to assist catastrophically injured clients and their families including brain injury, birth injuries, spinal, complex orthopaedic injuries, amputees, and clients with trauma related psychological injuries.

Caroline has previously worked as a rehabilitation Case Manager for nine years, and also as a Client Liaison Manager in a London law firm for three years. She has a caring and empathetic nature with her clients and families, and also strives hard to ensure that her clients receive adequate support and therapies following serious injuries. Caroline works closely with local services, NHS teams, private health care professionals and charities in order to support her clients.

Caroline is a member of CMSUK (Case Management Society of the UK), BABICM, (British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers), and UKRC, (United Kingdom Rehabilitation Council). She is also on the Board of Trustees at Steel Bones, a charity that supports amputees and their families.

Caroline assists our legal teams in all offices throughout East Anglia.
