£147,000 obtained for man who suffered multiple fractures in head on collision

Ashtons Legal personal injury specialist Siobhan Thacker has obtained a £147,000 for a Cambridgeshire man who was severely injured in a road traffic collision.

Mr T was involved in a head on crash with an oncoming vehicle which was overtaking but had not returned to its own side of the carriageway quickly enough. He suffered multiple fractures including to his pelvis, neck and spine and has since undergone extensive surgery.

Although his long term prognosis is good he suffered a great deal of short term pain, inconvenience and loss of earnings.
