You will learn how to overcome common issues that crop up during a disciplinary process too.
We’ll also cover the five fair reasons for dismissal giving you practical guidance and up to date case law examples for each.
We will also discuss other ways to end an employment relationship, focusing on ‘without prejudice’ and ‘protected’ conversations.
